The Entrepreneur & Investor Exchange, L.L.C. provides a forum for entrepreneurs to exhibit and discuss their products and/or services and for private investors to view and discuss their interests in a non-intrusive manner. To accomplish this, the Exchange is held monthly in a semi-private environment and attended by participants on a "by invitation only" basis. The 3-hour format supports an agenda which includes time for pre-presentation networking, a featured presentation typically provided by a notable individual or a sponsor member, 2 or 3 showcase presentations concluded by post-presentation networking. The networking sessions provide an opportunity to examine select products displayed on exhibit tables and to discuss needs and opportunities with Exchange participants (who may be that elusive investor the entrepreneurs are trying to attract). CANCELED. The injuries I, Fritz Spademan, suffered in a recent fall will take some time to heal, and business obligations make it impossible for Bruce Brogan and Chuck Townsend to carry the E&I Exchange workload by themselves.
In the interim, Bruce and Chuck and I will turn to strengthening the fund-raising activities of the Money Finders, Inc. Entrepreneurs are asking for our help, and of the two organizations the Money Finders is the one that directly targets the capital needs of new business ventures and thus demands our attention.
We regret the resulting gap in our E&I Exchange forums, and we hope you will wish to resume attending our fall schedule of networking and investment opportunity presentations.
